More on the #LifestyleChange movement: I found a dozen of reusable wooden (bamboo) drinking straws at G-Stuff — great for staying environmentally conscious in the city, and when traveling! And the whole dozen for only P75! Seen here, with a carton of my latest favorite drink: coconut water. Thank you to the palmera for contributing to the full pseudo-beach effect!

G-Stuff is located on the 3rd Floor, Rockwell Power Plant Mall, Makati.

Messy Bessy Natural Hand & Body Wash

I’m switching to an all-natural grooming regimen in line with my #LifestyleChange, and this has been the best find so far: Messy Bessy‘s sulfate-, paraben-, colorant-, and toxins-free anti-bacterial and biodegradable body wash. Although it comes in three other scents, I liked Ocean Rain the best (I’ve always liked marine scents). Behind it is my Ilog Maria glycerine facial soap, which has done wonders for my skin. I barely break out now.

But the search for natural, organic, environment-friendly, and preferably locally-sourced shampoo and conditioner continues! Previous ones I’ve tried have left my wild hair even less manageable. Have you got any recommendations?

Messy Bessy is available online, and in leading grocery stores in Metro Manila.

What do we have here? A short but very sweet mention in this month’s Chalk Magazine! When I refocused my blog, I really had no expectations as to what would become of it, but it looks like I might be doing something right, somehow. So this really means so much to me! Thank you, Chalk!
